IQ Small Electiric Engine Car

Toyota recently announced they had successfully created a hybrid iQ. And this tiny car plan will be present at the 2010 Detroit Auto Show next week.
It is not even half the battle, this hybrid Japanese car, as quoted from Insideline, Saturday (9/1/2010), will be present in four variants. Ie, three-door hatchback, five-door hatchback, sedan and convertible.
Uniquely, the car will also appear in the United States (U.S.) under the flag of the Toyota Scion. Scion iQ gasoline before it was sold in Europe some time ago.
“Even the convertible model (open roof) also has raised the Toyota at the time, but only limited to internal use and has been called iQ Sports,” writes the site.
As for hybrid iQ will use the 1500 cc engine combined with a conventional electric motor to produce power for 100-120 hp.
About the price, Toyota leaked, official price hybrid iQ will be USD 5000 (approximately Rp45 million) more expensive than the Prius.
